Initial Comments:
An off site follow up survey conducted on 7/13/2021, found that Hospice Program/ VNA of Hanover and Spring Grove, corrected the deficiencies and is in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418, Subparts A, C, and D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care. The deficiencies were cited as a result of an unannounced on site hospice Medicare recertification survey conducted between 4/28/2021-4/30/2021.
